Hobo Beans
This tasty treat can be made very simply utilizing left-overs – cooked pork or chicken.
Equipment
- 1 10" skillet we like non stick for this recipe
Ingredients
- 1 15oz can Ranch Style Beans
- 1/ 2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced red pepper
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1 cup cooked diced pork or chicken
Instructions
- Combine beans and vegetables in skillet. Simmer on low heat till tender. add protein, simmer to desired consistency, about 10 min. Serve with flour tortillas and cheddar cheese.Thanks to our friends Mark & Mary LeBlanc for the original recipe!
