Enchilada Sauce

Thick, rich, and hearty with an authentic homemade taste.
We use this delicious enchilada sauce as a base for several dishes. Our favorite use it to make pork enchilada casserole.
We also use it for regular rolled enchiladas.
Bonus: We also use this enchilada sauce as a base for chili.
